Helen Fosberry

Helen is an experienced regulatory and delivery manager with over 20 years’ experience within the energy industry.  Throughout her career, Helen has worked at the front of significant industry transformation programmes including Ofgem’s Switching Programme, the Energy Switch Guarantee, Smart Meter Implementation Programme and the Green Deal, and presently supports the Retail Energy Code as Continuous Improvement Manager. Helen’s draws on her expertise in regulatory risk management, regulatory change and governance frameworks to ensure that clients receive the best possible outcomes through practical understanding of needs and objectives.
