Abi is a Senior Client Manager managing the Smart Energy Code Administration Service, which supports governance of the Smart Energy Code, an agreement defining the rights and obligations of key players in the end-to-end management of smart metering in Great Britain. She is an experienced client and stakeholder manager, having managed several government and energy sector programmes where she established strong collaborative partnership relationships.
She focuses on results and customer service and champions a culture of continuous improvement, recognising the importance of solid processes and digitalisation to improve efficiency and service. Having initially started her career in financial services, Abi transitioned to the low carbon space following climate change concerns, an area of continuing professional interest.
