Brendan McGarry

Brendan is a Principal Consultant with over twenty years’ extensive experience in designing, implementing and managing various environmental schemes, assurance schemes and governance regimes. He has worked across Gemserv’s energy portfolio and recently led projects to transition the MRA services to RECCo and the faster switching integration of MRASCo systems with Ofgem’s new central switching infrastructure. Prior to this his work has involved leading various assurance and quality schemes, including the Smart Metering Device Assurance scheme, the Biomass Suppliers List, the Green Deal Oversight and Registration Body and the Microgeneration Certification Scheme. Brendan is an expert in energy and environment regulation, and his specialisms in project management, programme management and strategy development offer an experienced and structured approach to any programme and project.
