Operational Account Manager (Retail Energy Code)
Eve is an Operational Account Manager in the Retail Energy Code team, she applies her industry knowledge and governance experience and help REC Parties understand their obligations. Eve delivers tailored support to market participants, ensuring the accurate awareness of all Code Manager information and processes. Eve has extensive experience in the Energy Industry, having worked across governance in the Master Registration Agreement, the Association of Meter Operators and UK Revenue Protection Association, collaborating effectively with stakeholders to develop and deliver operational and project strategies.
As a proactive member of Gemserv’s Mental Health First Aiders Team, Eve is keen to apply this understanding to support retail energy stakeholders and customers.
