Jon Green
Associate Director
Jon is an Associate Director at Gemserv. He works across a portfolio of specialist providers and start-ups in the health and care sector. Prior to this Jon had a highly successful 15 year career in the NHS, predominately in the acute hospital sector, over half of which he served on Trust Boards, including CEO and COO of Foundation Trusts. During his time in the NHS he focused on innovation, including the use of technology, and is a strong believer in integration built around patient-centred care. Jon’s first career was as an officer in the Royal Navy were he held a wide range of appointments during a 20 year career.
