As part of the senior management team responsible for Gemserv’s Low Carbon Business Unit, Matt leads on strategic business development with a focus on low carbon heat, energy efficiency, hydrogen and bioenergy, low carbon transport, smart grids and flexibility. He is also jointly responsible for commercial strategy, contract delivery, P&L management, resourcing, recruitment and professional development.
