Rhianna is a Senior Consultant in Energy Efficiency Policy at Gemserv. Rhianna project manages the secretariat team for the National Insulation Association (NIA) and National Home Decarbonisation Group (NHDG) and has experience working closely with a wide range of stakeholders including consumers, installers and local authorities across multiple energy efficiency schemes.
