Shelley is an Operational Account Manager for the Retail Energy Code(REC). As an advisor and facilitator, Shelley draws on her 17 years’ Industry experience to help her clients to understand their market obligations. She is an Energy industry professional with capabilities in the UK Gas Market supply chain and a specialist knowledge of Gas Industry codes and regulation. During her time at Gemserv, Shelley has worked as Head of Gas Performance Assurance and leading on the Gas PAFA (Performance Assurance Framework Administrator) contract before applying her skills and knowledge to the REC.
Shelley has excellent communication skills and has extensive experience of interacting with a broad range of stakeholders including Regulators, Shippers, Suppliers, and consumers building strong working relationships and driving value.
