Tim is a highly experienced individual in the G.B. retail energy market, having held operational, regulatory and commercial roles. This has provided Tim with a comprehensive understanding of the governance arrangements underpinning the market.
Tim specialises in regulation, compliance, industry change and contract analysis, and is particularly recognised in smart metering, working with government, energy suppliers, Ofgem and a wide range of industry stakeholders, in the development of the smart metering regulatory framework.
Since joining Gemserv, Tim has supported the delivery of the SEC; supporting development of modifications, the setting up and management of the Smart Energy Code (SEC) Panel Operations Sub-Group, and the delivery of ALT HAN arrangements.
