To obtain its B Corp status Gemserv went through a rigorous external audit process that required us to demonstrate best practice across environmental sustainability, community impact, employee benefits, customer stewardship and business governance.
To affirm our ongoing commitment to B Corp and our accreditation, we have produced our first Impact Report which is testament to our unwavering dedication to social and environmental responsibility.
This report is not just a reflection of our past accomplishments, but a compass guiding us towards a future where responsible business practices are the norm and not the exception. It also reflects the dedication and work of each member of our organisation to deliver against our mission as a responsible and purpose-driven company.
