Gemserv has appointed Dr Sue Sharland as Non-Executive Director to its Board after a competitive process. Sue will take up the post in November, replacing Simon Wills, who rotates off the board after six years.
The company was recently appointed as the Retail Energy Code Professional Services provider, further establishing its key position in the governance of the retail energy market.
While market governance remains core to the business, Gemserv has diversified in recent years offering a wide range of professional services across energy, low carbon, health and the public sector, and this will continue to be a focus for the Board.

- Chartered Institution of Highways and Transportation, Hon Treasurer – A learned society concerned with planning, design, construction, maintenance and of land-based transport systems and infrastructure
