In July 2021, Gemserv conducted a survey, in partnership with the Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy and key industry associations.
The survey aimed to give installers, plumbers and heating engineers the opportunity to share their views to help ensure Government understands and listens to the opportunities and risks faced by installers in the transition to low carbon heating.
