Gemserv is working alongside Norfolk and Suffolk County Councils to understand local job growth requirements to meet net zero. The ‘green’ skills needed to facilitate the transition and recommend support mechanisms to support and enable this growth.
To support us in our study, Gemserv will be contacting local businesses involved in the insulation retrofit and heat pump industry. The surveys will help inform the scenario modelling Gemserv will undertake and the development of regional specific recommendations to support the growth of the retrofit and green skills markets.
