Paul Rocke

Paul has over 10 years’ experience delivering services to industry codes and trade associations. Paul managed an Operational team supporting the Master Registration Agreement (MRA) code service provision and he now applies his extensive knowledge of market participants requirements to develop and implement innovative systems and processes under the Retail Energy Code (REC) ensuring effective engagement and exceptional customer experience. Paul is also an experienced meeting Chair, recently appointed to support the Code Administration Code of Practice (CACoP) to coordinate and improve cross-code working arrangements that support industry stakeholders.
