Philippa Harvey

Philippa is an experienced leader and Programme Director in the Civil Service. Key achievements include delivering a safe, secure and resilient COP26 Summit, creating PensionWise (a completely new government service with over half a million appreciative users in its first 6-months of operation) and lasting internal reform programmes within the Ministry Of Defence. She specialises in making things happen, and growing empowered teams to do so.
