International Women’s Day 2022

8th Mar, 2022

International Women’s Day takes place on the 8th March annually to celebrate the achievements of women, to raise awareness against bias and to inspire and empower us all to take action for equality.

The theme for 2022 is #BreakTheBias.

This year, we interviewed members of staff from across the organisation about what it’s like to work in male-dominated sectors, what gender bias means to them and steps we need to take to #BreakTheBias.
