Graeme Forbes

Graeme leads on development of market-level, governance and compliance solutions for the Energy sector in both GB and Ireland. He managed Gemserv’s successful bids for the dual fuel Retail Energy Code (REC) and Smart Energy Code (SEC); the gas Performance Assurance Framework (PAF); and the Retail Market Design Service (RMDS) for the Irish retail electricity market. He has also chaired various gas and electricity industry boards, panels and working groups.

Graeme previously worked with Salix Finance managing funds for investment in energy efficiency technology and, before that, with Student Loans Company on the development and delivery of a new student finance administration scheme. Graeme can also draw on his extensive experience of marketing strategy and planning gained during his ten years with Clanforth Marketing.
