Graeme leads on development of market-level, regulatory framework solutions for the Energy sector in both GB and Ireland. He has managed several successful bids for Gemserv, including the dual fuel Retail Energy Code (REC) and Smart Energy Code (SEC); the gas Performance Assurance Framework (PAF); and the Retail Market Design Service (RMDS) for the Irish retail electricity market. He also chairs MDB (MRA Development Board), the sub-committee which manages technical and commercial changes to the Master Registration Agreement (MRA) and related Products..
Graeme previously worked with Salix Finance managing funds for investment in energy efficiency technology and, before that, with Student Loans Company on the development and delivery of a new student finance administration scheme. Graeme has extensive experience of marketing strategy and planning gained during his ten years with Clanforth Marketing.
