Will Hargreaves

Will works closely with manufacturers, housing providers, trade associations, and utility companies across the energy efficiency and heating space. As an experienced project manager with a comprehensive understanding of policy development, he has designed and delivered a variety policy and public affairs strategies to meet clients’ commercial objectives. This includes consultancy support, research and stakeholder engagement to develop policies, such as the Great British Insulation Scheme (previously ECO+) and the Social Housing Decarbonisation Fund (SHDF).

Will holds a BSc in Geography from Reading University and MSc in Environmental Management and Sustainability from Coventry University, where he graduated with Distinction. He also has qualifications in professional consulting and strategic leadership from the Chartered Management Institute.
