Harry Morton

Harry Morton leads Gemserv’s Low Carbon Molecules team which provides advisory and consulting services to low-carbon sectors outside of direct electrification, such as hydrogen, bio and CCS. Throughout his career he has helped clients from across the energy sector navigate challenges. In recent years, has focussed exclusively on molecular low carbon sectors, where he has developed deep expertise. He is a specialist in the commercialization and corporate development, having successfully managed numerous projects in the sector. This includes; market entry strategies, investment studies, stakeholder engagement, strategy development and business modelling. Prior to joining Gemserv, Harry led on the analysis and understanding of these sectors at other consulting companies, on topics including price, cost, business, financial, GHG supply, demand and trade. This provides him with a genuine understanding of the complex business challenges they face. During his career, he has developed a passion for effective and impactful communication as well as for building constructive relationships.
