Senior Low Carbon Consultant
Rosie is a Senior Consultant within Gemserv’s Low Carbon Business Unit and holds extensive experience as a project and programme manager across sustainable transport and energy industries. She has experience delivering central government programmes, working closely with the Department for Transport (DfT), Office for Zero Emission Vehicles (OZEV) and Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy (BEIS).
Rosie has experience managing central government grant funds, previously running the On-Street Residential Chargepoint Scheme and the eCargo Bike Grant Fund Scheme for the DfT. She is currently project managing the Application and Data Support on behalf of Gemserv within the Green Heat Network Fund (GHNF). She also supports the Utilita team in project managing Phase 1 of the Heat Pump Ready Programme. She works well collaboratively and builds and maintains strong relationships with organisations and colleagues she works with. She is an excellent organiser that tackles projects confidently and independently.
