Sam Hales

Sam is a Low Carbon Consultant within Gemserv’s Low Carbon Business Unit. He has considerable project and scheme delivery experience, having delivered a number of Low Carbon government schemes while at Gemserv. Sam worked on the HNES Demonstrator, managing the helpdesk, clarification issuing and processing as well as managing the Monitoring & Reporting returns from projects. Sam also works on the Green Heat Network Fund (GHNF) and therefore has a detailed knowledge of how the two schemes compliment each other to help projects create reliable, low carbon heat networks.

Sam has also worked across a number of other contracts while at Gemserv which has helped him build knowledge of the energy efficiency area. Sam works to build relationships with individuals to help both the individual as well as the overall delivery of the programme. Sam’s knowledge and organisation skills ensure that he is helpful to all projects and people who contact HNES.
